Military talks between OKW and Finnish miltary envoys began on January 1941.
Those were kind of "what if" kind of talks concentrating on Finnish mabilzation force in a case that SU woud attack again.

Finland's final political decisions were made only May 1941.

i'm wondering if there are broadcasts from Denmark from April 9, 1940? i can't find anything from them accept for a 30 sec BBC invasion announcement.
