Who is the colonel in the photo?

Could some of you guys help me with this photo? I know that I've seen the colonel before but I don't seem to recall his name.

I think he is Colonel Väinö Johannes Oinonen, usually called V. J. Oinonen.
He was the Chief of Staff of the Finnish III Army Corps when your photo was taken.
Not to be mistaken with General Woldemar Oinonen.
