Functioning 75 PstK 40 in Finnish stock?
I bumped into this video showcasing a functioning PaK40 at a US firing range. Rather an impressive video!
Among other things the narrative stated they believe this is the single functioning PaK40 in US. Does anyone know what is left of the Finnish stock of PaK40's? Any functional specimen left somewhere.
A second question has to do with the cannon in the Parola Tank Museum (see the pic I took a few years ago).
Is anything known on the history of this particular piece, and are the "victory rings" real or just imaginative? I'd guess latter due to sheer number of them, but then again you never know...

See post #2. There are a couple of 75 PstK 40 in Hiukkavaara garrison, Oulu, among other stuff. One of them is the one with the most (real) AT-kills (21) by a single gunner in Finland. Armourjaeger Toivo Ilomäki was awarded a Mannerheim Cross for his achievements.
Unfortunately I have no idea whether they are functioning. Most probably not, since they have been out there for a looong time.

Thank you Karelia! So it seems the other Pak40 at Tank Museum is the original one at least. It is a shame most of these pieces are stored in outside conditions. Does anyone else know of guns stored in conditions that would prevent water and rust from damaging the items?

Regards, JuhaSpecs table. "In summer 1944, Tankjäger Toivo Ilomäki destroyed 21 Red Army tanks with this type of cannon.

Thanks Juha. It seems, that I was a bit sloppy. The Hiukkavaara cannon(s) might not be the actual record cannon(s).

Very nicely colored SA-kuva 159801 from 1944, Toivo Ilomäki seems to be second from left.

Son and I regularly visit the area, and we have definitely tested it all.
