Finnish-German joint-efforts in air?

The Kuhlmey Detachment is well known and there have been notable studies about Luftwaffe in Northern Finland. However apart from Kuhlmey my impression is that Finnish and German air units operated separatedly in their own operation areas and there were not that many joint-efforts of FAF and Luftwaffe during the Continuation War. For example I do not remember to have seen any photos of mixed Finnish-German formations in air (not even posed ones for propaganda purposes).

I have read about couple of air combats in which JG 54 and Finnish fighters were fighting at the same time against Soviets (these occuring near Lavansaari 1942/1943, IIRC) - and my impression is that these incidents were more or less "accidental" and not due to well planned joint-effort of FAF and Luftwaffe. Does anyone know details about FAF/Luftwaffe joint-operations or "accidental" incidents when Finnish and German aircraft would have been combatting against Soviets at the same time? It could be interesting to compare available Finnish, German and Soviet sources about Finnish-German-Soviet air combats if such took place.

I remember to have read about couple of incidents when German and Finnish planes were shot down by friendly fire (identification errors and not being aware of the flights of "Waffenbrüder" at operational area). IIRC, one Ju 188 was shot down by mistake by Finnish fighter. Also one FAF Dragon Rapide was shot down by mistake by German fighter.

I think no one photographed the Finnish Brewsters escorting the Hitler Fw 200 Condor to Finland 1942 http://forum.axishistory.com/viewtopic. ... 3384&hilit
