Anti-Jewish demonstrations in Paris 1945

So what do you guys think, should the the Jews or the relatives who wanted to return to the homes they lost in the occupation have been allowed to to so or not? That would require ressetlement or relocation of the people who had taken those possesions. Most of the Jews choosed to go to America or Israel. In Israel another people lost thir land in the process. Who was to blame. How it should have been solved to make all happy?
