French MacLean's The Camp Men: The SS Officers Who Ran the Nazi Concentration Camp System, p. 159, lists an SS-Hauptsturmfuehrer Teodor Meyer, b. 8 Nov 1898 at Oldenburg; executed 13 Aug 1947; SS-Nr. 340735; NSDAP-Nr. 2867508; service at KL Stutthof 1945, ending as Leader of Department III.
