Hermann Dolp was at Belzec, I believe, until June/July 1942. This would suggest that his tenure would have covered the period of the establishment of the gas chambers and the starting of the gassing program.
Is anything known (eg documents, testimonies, trials) in regards of his involvement at Belzec and what led to his transfer?
Hermann Dolp - first Commandant of Belzec.

You might want to double-check that information. According to steve248, at http://forum.axishistory.com/viewtopic. ... 47#p422747 :Hermann Dolp was at Belzec, I believe, until June/July 1942. This would suggest that his tenure would have covered the period of the establishment of the gas chambers and the starting of the gassing program.
In the last quarter 1941, Dolp was attached to Globocnik in Lublin. At this time Globocnik was the "Beauftragter der Reichsführer-SS für die Errichtung der SS- und Polizeistützpunkte im neuen Ostraum" (i.e. the occupied areas of the Soviet Union). SS-Stubaf (at this time) Dolp was the Leiter Aussenstelle Russland Mitte stationed in Minsk.

When Globocnik was relieved of this construction task on 27 March 1942, with the exception of Dolp, all of these officers played important roles in Reinhardt.[2]

I would be interested if you have any primary source material to show that he visited Belzec
