Hello Siwiec,
Thank you for your advice on the book from Marek Rawecki.

I have contacted him, and he has send me the English version of his book.
It is a great study indeed.

Together with the book of Hans Citroen, you do have a great insight of the current situation.

Although i have already given a link earlier in the thread to Marek Rawecki photo's on Panoramio, here it is again:

I could not agree more.

I popped into the the book shop at Auschwitz Muzeum 1 over the weekend, and they have a few English copies of Marek's book in stock if anyone has difficulty finding a copy.

When I contacted them they said they cannot ship it to Australia? I found another copy & it is coming from Poland economy so I guess that will take a couple of months...

I suppose most of you already know of this, but Yad Vashem has the so called Bauleitung album online here:

It includes 386 photos and shows many sites outside the camp proper, too.
