Rememeber it was Hitler's sacred duty to exterminate the Jewish race and he showed it in his rantings in the bunker how much he cared for the German people and his armed forces. Trains were deliberately diverted from the front to carry victims to the killing centres along with trains loaded with stolen property from the Exetermination programme heading to Germany. The only reason Hitler allowed the war to drag on knowing full well it was lost is because he wanted to keep murdering his sworn enemies the Jews. His people were more interested in surviving the war. He told his followers in his death throes to keep this sacred duty until death. I'm sure the homicidal and criminal amongst Hitler's lunatic fringe would have carried on killing without any prompting if they could have. Majdanek was still murdering the inmates when it was liberated. And one of the Euthanasia centres was still murdering it's inmates a few months after the war! The allied occupying forces had no idea until someone complained about the smell of burning. The Allies were horrified by what they found in the institution when they finally went in the there. The thing about the Holocaust and the T4 programme is it's so beyond normal understanding to fathom the insanity that allowed such hideous crimes to take place that it becomes numbing to the mind after a while. There's enough evidence to show it all did happen,but civilised human beings are not capable of beginning to understand that kind of madness. The soldiers entering the Euthanasia centre could not comprehend what they found it was beyond them in every way unyet far too many qualified doctors and nurses willingly colluded in the mass murders and wallowed in that hell. Oh yes Hitler wanted his followers to carry on murdering to the bitter end..and they did.

No where in that does it mention to exterminate Jews to the end.

Of cause thats the meaning. In the Nazi Reich "evacuation of Jews" already meant murder, even "resettlement" was an euphemism for murder. What do you think " merciless opposition", a much stronger expression, means then?
