Who's the third one? I get only Richter and Weiss. In their case it is not about recycling, as women and men had same numbers at use simultaneously.

The youngest Jewish prisoner at Auschwitz was, according to an article in an Israeli newspaper (Maariv, 1949), Shimshon Ayzek Ovitz of the famous dwarf family. He was 10 months old when he was transferred to Auschwitz alongside the rest of his family, and was according to the article tattooed with the prisoner number 1444.
