I am interested in more information about:

Julian Erdmann, a German policeman during World War II who lived in Włoszczowa,
Captured by the Polish authorities after the war.
Erdmann was tried as a war criminal and executed (guilty of murder personally of about 300 Poles)

I am interested in his date of birth and execution. And I am interested about more details about his trial.

Julian Erdmann
20.03.1910 in Wladyslawow
Oberwachtmeister der Gendarmerie in Wloszczowej

What was his fate after the war? In some sources he died 1945 in prison and in other sources he was executed.

Julian Erdmann (other source: Juliusz Erdmann)
20.03.1910 in Wladyslawow
Oberwachtmeister der Gendarmerie in Wloszczowa
died in prison in 1945 (other source: executed 1945)
other source:
“Juliusz Erdman escaped from Włoszczowa after liberation, but was recognized in Czestochowa. He was brought to Włoszczowa, but the court was not there. He was beaten by militiamen and townspeople – and lynched”

Which fate is correct? Did he die in ? Was he executed? Or lynched by the militiamen?
