This is a question I've always been a bit curious about. And my current results until now have been inconclusive. So I was hoping to ask this question.
Is there any confirmed instance where someone survived the process of execution in the gas chamber, in which the actual delivery, containment and withdrawal of the poison gas went without problems? I've heard unconfirmed stories of people surviving in air pockets and such, but am not sure if they have been verified or not.
Did anyone survive the gas chambers?
Re: Did anyone survive the gas chambers?
I'm not sure what you consider "verified;" According to Miklos Nyiszli, there was a girl who survived a gassing:

I think that that is sufficient enough for me. Thank-you for sharing.uberjude wrote:I'm not sure what you consider "verified;" According to Miklos Nyiszli, there was a girl who survived a gassing:
