You have coordinates here: Ohrdruf concentration camp
Basically it was located east of town on the edge of Truppenübungsplatz used by Wehrmacht.

This map shows the Ohrdruf main training camp, in relation to the town. You can compare this to the Google Maps link on the Wiki page, and see how little of the original camp is left today. The notation "Olga" was the code name for the underground communications center also called "Amt 10." Prisoners were housed in the so-called "Russian Camp," the "Nordlager," and later in the main camp seen here.
