Walter Jacobi - extradition

Here is the picture showing the group of extradited war criminals to Czechoslovakia. Extradition took place in February 1946 and there were 13 men handed over that day from US authorities to Czechoslovakia. First from the left is SS-Ostubaf. Walter Jacobi, i believe that first from the right is SS-Brif. Hans Krebs. The man standing in the middle is rather undoubtedly SS-Ostubaf. Max Rausch, last Stapoleiter in Brunn. Among them could be also SS-Staf. Dr. Friedrich Sowa who was laso extradited in February 1946 but i do not have the photo to compare.

Jacobi first from the right, Krebs first from the left and Rausch in the centre.

SOWA is not on the pic. He is on the newsreels at :23 and :34.

Hello Georges,

Thank you for identification Sowa. Re Krebs i'm not sure but the man on the left looks like him to me. I mean SS-Brif Hans Krebs, born 1888 in Iglau, Regierungspräsident in Regierungsbezirk Aussig.

If i remember correctly he was extradited at the same time along with Jacobi, Rausch and Sowa.
