I am interested in more information about:

Former Col. Joseph Munck was sentenced to death 1949 by a French military court on charges of wartime treason.
A letter written by the defendant which was read during the trial said in it: "I disapprove of the Judeo-Masonic principle. I am National Socialist. I think France is betraying the interests of the white race for the sake of Jewish interests." Munck deserted from a French unit stationed in Tsientsin, China, during war and succeeded in reaching Germany where he attempted to acquire German nationality. date of birth and execution???

Pinkus Chmielnicki, a Jew, was sentenced to death 1950 on charges of torturing prisoners in his charge in the Birkenau concentration camp. Several witnesses who testified at the trial before a military tribunal here said that the defendant had killed a number of Jews.
Denying that he was guilty of the charges, Chmielnicki said that "someone had to take charge--I was forced by the Germans to accept the post." Witnesses testified that the defendant beat, robbed and tortured his fellow Jews in the Nazi camp. He was recognized by four of his former victims when he presented himself at a reception center here for repatriated Jews. date of birth and execution?

A special court 1945 sentenced to death Silvain Baur, a Jewish internce at the Drancy concentration camp, who helped the Gestapo and the Vichy militia arrest and loot Jews. Baur is alleged, in this manner, to have made 100,000 frances monthly, which was supplemented, from time to time, by fees of 500,000 frances, each, which he received for promising to arrange the liberation of internees. In all cases, however, the victims paid their money and were then deported. date of birth and execution ?

Former German captain Friedrich Dietrich, who in 1944 escorted a convoy of more than 2,500 Jewish deportoes to the Dachan death camp, was sentenced to death in Metz 25.02.1950 yesterday.
During the trial it was revealed that 130 Jews were crowded into trucks designed to carry eight horses. No water or food was given to them during the four-day journey to Dachau, in which Dietrich participated as a convoy member. Most of the Jews who survived the trip went insane, it was established. The defendant, the court was told, refused to allow the Red Cross to distribute food to the Jews which had been prepared for them in Pressburg. date of birth and execution???

In Rastatt, in the French zone, 34-year-old August Brucker was sentenced to death 1950 by a French tribunal for murdering and mistreating Jewish and Polish prisoners in the Ascherleben concentration camp

I'm looking for information on Oberst Krafft von Oelhafen, who was listed as being shot without trial at Foix on 18 Aug 1944. Any further details are welcome, as he was my Great-Grandmother's brother.

(Technically, his family name was Oelhafen v. Schoellenbach, as well)
