It's quite possible, or they may have copied it right out of the book "Die Generale und Admirale der NVA". There are e-bay sellers who have packaged up all of the Wikipedia articles I've written on Volksmarine Admirals into a "book" they are selling on e-bay. Burns my butt, but there is nothing I can do about it.
