Hello!
This ship looks like Italian light cruiser Bari (ex-German Pillau, ex-Russian Muravyov-Amurskiy) after 1934-1935 modernization.

Definitely Jean de Vienne, in Bassin de Missiessy n°1 at Toulon.

"La Source".
It was a water tanker, but I don't have any more information about her.
