It seems to be Z23, Z24, Z25 or Z29, but not later than 1943, without 4 x 2cm AA between 15 cm guns on the backward platform.
Because in the picture, no forward gun appear ( 10,5 cm SKC/32 or 15 cm Dopp.K.C/36) I can not tell exactly the ship.
Regards,
VladAlex.

One of old Tropedoboote T.19X, may be T.190 from 1938 CLAUS VON BEVERN

Are you sure ?? G-8 was a torpedoboot of Großes Torpedoboot 1911 class.
See http://www.german-navy.de/hochseeflotte ... index.html

The profile is not very similar.... :? :?

Of course I am sure!
G8 as her sister boats G7, G10 and G11 were rebuilt massively during the interwar period and they served finally as torpedo training vessels.

hello,

I agree with Peter fully.

The picture shows the boat, according to Groener´s book "The German Warships 1815-1945", in the state of 1931.

Additional info: the boat survived WW II, went to the UK in 1946 and was BU.

Thank you, again, Peter K.

Here two blurry images of two very rare Flak ships. According to photocaptions Thetis and Arcona.
Does anyone have a better picture of these boats?
