Krischan der Große belongs to Luftwaffe, not Marine, names Flakträger,

Hi VladAlex

The 8,8 cm Flak at the Naval Museum Constanţa-România looks to me a normal static 8.8 cm Flak
they were called fore example 8,8 cm Flak 18/2 or 36/2 .

Hi Jos,
You are right, but on profesional german site (??) this Flak have the name :
FLAK 8.8 Navy Version , and the purposes :
Used in the shore batteries of the Navy (Kriegsmarine). , and , in this
variant ( navy version) was mounted on Krischan der Große , and
finallz this gun is exposed in Naval Museum in Constanţa under the same name
"versiune navalizată = marine version of 8,8 cm Krupp Flak.
My opinnion is like your opinnion, is a probability of missunderstanding ? , I don't know ...

Hi VladAlex

The static 8.8 cm flak could be easy bolted on the Krischan der Große , just like on a concrete emplacement .

Hi Jos,
Of course, you are right again !
I think, but I'm not sure, that Artillery Regulations for this kind of gun ,
interdit this type of mounting on a "ship"

On their large surface ships (Destroyers upwards) no, they stuck to the 10.5cm Flak which was just as good as the famous 88. Perhaps on barges and whatnot.

It's the 10,5 cm SK C/32 (designed from the beginning for naval AA use and also used by Marine Flak units in harbors) and not the 10,5 cm Flak 38 or 39 (used by the Luftwaffe).

Here is a copy of a page from a German manual on 8,8 cm Flak ammunition for ships and naval coastal artillery. The quality of the picture is not very good (source: ebay).

The following guns are listed:
8,8 cm SK L/45
8,8 cm Flak L/45
8,8 cm SK C/30
8,8 cm SK C/30 U
8,8 cm Flak 18 M
8,8 cm Flak 36 M
8,8 cm KM 41

Yes sorry, I used the word 'Flak' as a general term to describe AA guns, to distinguish from lets say a 10.5cm Howitzer
