Written wartime, published circa 1943. Any good with useful details or pure propaganda?

I have it. It is interesting because it is written during the war. I wouldn't say the propaganda is too obtrusive. Sort of business-like. Stories from different War Theatres, some from service in Baltics and the Black Sea, too. Sketchings by Möbius, I believe. The book can be had quite cheap. Absolutely worth it if you are into S-boote... :) ....Möbius was a war correspondent, was he not?

In a way it's quite lyrical.

Yes he was a war correspondent. Hence my caution. But thanks. I just purchased a copy.
