Hello fellas, I am looking into the paint schemes used on TA boats. The following link shows a photo purportedly of TA43, but the camouflage looks more like the Italian one. Other links with the same photo say the photo was taken on 1943 Oct., after the ship had been taken over by Germans. So, can anybody confirm if the camouflage paint scheme is Italian or German, and if it's the Italian one, what paint scheme was used by the Germans?

Thank you very much!

Re: What paint scheme was used for TA43?
Hello,
the ship was seized in september 1943 because was under overhauling. She was wearing a camouflage while was under Italian flag and so when captured. When she entered in service as TA 43 was painted only in a uniform grey (intermediate grey), a little darker than the Italian light grey.
Best regards
