Help to identify a KM unit

Dear Friends,

This is a zoom from a picture taken in Le Havre, with German panel on the wall. The left one indicate that Bauaufsicht is housed in this building. But I have problem with the second one, "+ MHA + Jahnstation" : MHA should be Marine Hafen Abteilung, but I found nothing about "Jahnstation".

Any help would be welcome, thanks in advance !

Yes, it could be possible, especialy with the red(?) crosses painted.
