From ebay.de, a Siebel ferry armed with 7,5 cm FKM97(f) guns in turret:

These are not Siebelfähre but Pionier-Landungsfähre 41. These had a larger superstructure aft and were slightly larger. They often mounted the 75mm guns or also 5cm KwK L/60 guns on pintel mounts.

A curious image from Ebay. Siebel ferry with a He 111 fuselage.
Just seing this post now...

"Curious" as in interesting, yes - but not rare ;) The Ju52s badly damaged at Crete in May 1941 for instance were broken down over the next few months into major assemblies - fuselages, wingspars etc. - and stockpiled at the Boneyard at Maleme...from whence they were taken by "barge" to the Greek mainland for the long trip back to Junkers for repair and reassembly ;) Here they are in the process of disassembly...

Actually quite rare, I believe.
I don't remember seeing any other photos of Siebel ferries (nor, according to this thread, MFP's) transporting aircraft.

Any sources for this and any photos of the "barges" you mention carrying the mentioned Ju 52's?
