So far I'm thinking about the best way to present translated data.
So far I'm making Excel document, that translate IJA TO&E into something more readable (at least for me).

The key to this "numerology" is in the right lower corner of the picture.
In this example, 13-1-22-16+24-94-0 =
13 officers,
1 warrant officer,
22 non-commissioned officers,
16 other ranks (soldiers and corporals)
If there are only three groups of numbers before "+", it means "officers - non-commissioned officers - other ranks".
plus
24 riding horses,
94 draught horses,
0 pack horses.
Than after comma comes number of heavy weapons: LMG - light machine guns, GD - grenade dischargers, HMG - heavy machine guns, bn G - battalion guns, ATG - anti-tank guns, mtn G - mountain guns.
