Hello, i think this is an allied leaflet dropped on Japanese forces. Came in a Makin Atoll grouping from a 27th infantry division veteran. Any clues to when it was used and where? Thank you very much

Firstlly, congratulations to all for this awesome militaria forum, I recently started collecting imperial japanese militaria items, I am a newby learning from all of you I have been trying to translate the attached 認識票 (Ninshikihyo) or soldiers ID Tag/Dog tag, but was only able to complete just two digits, 1 and 0 I would greatly appreciate help in finishing this task. thanks in advance!!

No, 1046 is soldier no. The unit is 6th Infantry Regiment

A person who helped me a lots before, early this morning, explained to me that this 認識票 (Ninshikihyo) could be an early ID tag before the divisional codes came into being.
So, as far as I know, the divisional code numbers were introduced in 1940-41, and if this dog tag is an earlier one, do you think could belong to a soldier who served during WW2?
Perhaps it is a nice artifact from Second Sino-Japanese War&Invasion of Manchuria, I really do not know... But thanks to your info, and translations, 6th Infantry Regiment, I found this info I would like to share with both of you specially and the others member. I have to inform that cloudy-joe pass me the info in a private message before I post the question tha Personal number 1046 (four-digit number is not unusual on army reserve dogtags). The 6th infantry regiment was stationed in Nagoya
As you indicated 6th Regiment, I was looking for any 6th Regiment involved, lets say (We are not sure at all, aren't we?) involved at 2nd Sino-Japanese war, and I found at wikipedia this information, there was a 6th Regiment under the 3rd Division (第3師団 Daisan shidan?), an infantry division that Its call sign was the Lucky Division (幸兵団 Kō-heidan?). mostly was deployed in China till the end of ww2, what do you think about?

This letter was sent from 104th Engineer Regiment. The regiment was severing in South China until the last period of the WWII. But, it is unlikely that this letter was captured there. The letter was sent to a sailor of Kurenai Maru. Kurenai Maru was serving in the Philippines and sank in 1944. Probably, this letter was stopping at Manila.

I picked up this sailor's record document and am having trouble figuring out these 3 entries. Could someone help with IDing the 3? #1 looks to be the 106th Naval air? #2 is South East Area Naval Air ? and #3 is an badge/award of some kind, 7th class? Any information is greatly appreciated, thanks!
