The first article is about Kwantung Army. So, it was in Manchuria.
The second article is about air defense unit. The unit name and the place are hidden in the article.

Your mother Juliana was accepted to Java POW camp (Batavia) in 20 Mar 1944 (昭和19年3月20日). 「爪II」might have meant 2nd barrack of five they had in Batavia and Tanjung Priok but I am not sure.

She might be already interned before elsewhere, but no mention.

The first pic (reverse side of the card) reads 昭和20年5月10日第1分所へ移管. '10 May 1945, moved to the 1st branch'. 1st branch (of Java POW camp) was located in Kota Bandung, and its barrack was in Kota Bandung and Cimahi.
