They are Type 3 Mines. Ceramic one is model Ko and wooden one is model Otsu.

Navy Type 3 Rocket Model 2 (三式噴進弾2型)

IJN developed some kinds of rockets to launch airplane bombs to utilize them in ground combat. The Type 3 Rocket Model 2 was able to fly 250kg bomb in max 5,500m distance.
