What IJN Submarines were stationed at Cheribon Java Summer 1945?

None...the subs were either at Penang, Malaya or mainland Japan.

In 1944 and 1945, several German subs later taken over by the IJN operated out of Batavia (Tandjong Priok) & Surabaja, Java.

These included U-181 (later I-501), U-862 (later I-502), UIT-25 (?) (later I-504), U-219 (later (I-505), and U-915 (later I-506).
