Army patch identification

Hello,

Need your help regarding the identification of army patch. I tried to find the source whether to identify following patch, but failed :cry:

This photos comes from Imperial guards album which i obtained recently. Also there is a captain with unknown badge, do you have any idea what it could be?

It's a 宮内省供奉員徽章. This was a kind of ID badge for anybody, military or civilian, who attended with a royal family members. Silver-made.

Nobody else replies, so I post some guesswork of mine.

I cannot find any reference to this round, cloth-made patch. But it resembles the good shooter medal, metal-made and worn on the left breast. That medal was official award and was very limited in annual number of issue per troop. I guess imperial guards issued unofficial good-shooter patch for excellent shooters who missed the top score.
