According to page 13 of JACAR C13072076800, LT KOGA Teizo was appointed on 15 November 1939.

According to page 11 of JACAR C13072081900, LT KIDO Chozaburo was appointed on 1 September 1941.

Awesome...thanks! One discrepancy:

1. Is the date correct for LT KIDO Chozaburo's posting as Communications Officer of RYUJO? It's 1 December 1942, but RYUJO was sunk 24 August 1942. Just curious.

I have mistaken. LT KIDO Chozaburo was posted as the Communications Officer of RYUHO, not of RYUJO, on 1 December 1942.
