Poles in Japanese territory during the war?

#1

Does anyone know what was life like for Polish citisens in Japanese territory during the war?

I know that Poland and Japan had good relations before the war, and that Japan did not go to war with Poland even after the declaration of war by the Polish govt. in exile following Pearl Harbour attack. I also read that Polish and Japanese spies worked together during the war to exchange information on the Soviets and Germans, and that a Polish community existed in Manchukuo through the war until 1949, so I'm curious how were Polish nationals viewed by Japanese authorities and what sort of rights or restrictions did they have during the war?
