Type 95 Heavy Tank Fate

#1

Post by ForrestIII » 31 Dec 2016, 11:30

The Type 95 Heavy Tank was Japan's last Heavy Tank until the more well known but less documented O-I. Unfortunately, no sources seem to give the fate of the 95's first four and only prototypes. Would Taki or another member happen to know something about this?
Logic would be my Lifeblood if I had any. Unfortunately I just have regular blood.

Two Type 95 Heavy Tanks were converted to SP guns - Jiro and 10cm SP gun. 10 cm SP gun was found at Tateyama after the war. The fate of other Type 95s are unknown.

It is impossible that it was in the Philippines. So, it was somewhere in Japan.
