Where did Sovietunion got aerial fuel 1939-1941, before USA joined the war?

The Soviet aircraft production could use lower octane aviation fuel, that could be produced domestically, though not enough.

About 30 million ton of oil per year was domestically produced (mostly in Caucasus), thence more than a million ton of aviation gasoline.

Thanks. If I understand right, domestic produced aerial gasoline was good enough for most planes used during Winter War (I-16, I-153, SB-2 etc).
