And even if the 58a existed (see the ranglist) it would be single Tobruk and not with a shelter because 668 which possesses this type of Tobruk he has written there never 58a

621 utah plan089.jpg
here we see a plan of you in the book Utah beach
in reality you have taken a german plan of the prototype of a 656 ... this is no problem at all for me because it is written this is a 656 in german but when you use this kind of prototype plans you must say it
because the reality is this plan
621 echt.jpg
you see what i mean when one has to do check , recheck and double check ...
I ll know i havn t the time for writing a book but we have the time to go out and search in the field
You has the time for writing but obvious have not the time for a verification in the field
That s why we (our group) are posting so many plans ... So that writers can use them because their making other things as we

So continue all in our field of work

yes make check , recheck and double check ...
exemple
left my drawing , middle your plan (missing some like me) and Drawing P.Fleuridas.

Miss the staircase, the tank is not completely just and your plan is a restangle????) patrick's plan realized since your plan gives this shelter of full foot but in reality there is a staircase (it changes the shape a lot)
Thus you have so many false plans as me ! :milwink:

Please you show my errors by scanning pages of my books and nobody here has to see your errors!!!?
Too easy to say in MP when it turns in your disadvantage and I have a lot of plan of false Dirk

Tu montres mes erreurs en scannant des pages de mes livres et personne ici ne doit voir tes erreurs !!!?
trop facile de dire en MP quand cela tourne à ton désavantage et j'ai beaucoup de plan de Dirk faux

back to the 656 at nieuwpoort
here some more photo's by one of Nieuwpoorts' city counselors; One still during the constructionworks on the new WW1-museum and two photos of the bunker in (almost) full glory (apart from the last small tasks and clean-up to be done).

Now that the museum (and hopefully the bunker also) is open for the public, I will go and have a look one of these days to take some interiour photos (and measurements) to share on the forum.

I didn't know before now, that also the masonry brick stairs and pavement are still in tact... nice to see how well all is being preserved and restored in it's original state.
