I am not sure if this machine gun is an 15mm ZB or not. The ship have the Regia Marina flag
Was this machine gun used by Regia Marina ?

Hi, the photo shows one of the 6 ex-Yugoslav torpedo boats captured and by Italy in 1941; have been reused with the names MAS 3D / MAS 8D, then changed to MS 41 / MS 46.
Italy has also used the 15mm ZB60 on terrestrial carriage, always ex-Yugoslav.
