I do not remember this detail, but there is a stopper-knob on the left side of the breech that protudes into a machined slot on the left side of the wedge and that has to be removed before dismantling the mechanism. A closer look at the picture reveals that the shield is different on the ones used in the Coast Artillery (straight edges). Apart for this the gun, recuperator, aiming device and trigger mechanism looks exactly the same. As the nearest gun is almost 600 km away I have no possibility to check out this detail in the short term.

Hello,

For the nr 1 of post 1527, posted by "schwarzermai", it is a 47 mm modèle 1885 french navy gun taken from old ships in 1930 years to arm many casemates in "Ligne Maginot" intervals.
The old 47 mm and 65 mm navy guns had good penetration shells used against tanks ("obus de rupture").
The old navy guns had many slightly different typs of mounts: 2 for 47 mm modèle 1885, 6 for 47 mm modèle 1902 and 3 for 65 mm guns.
A drawing of the 47 mm modèle 1885 from "Notice relative à la description, au démontage, au remontage, au fonctionnement et à l'entretien des matériels de 47 mm et de 65 mm provenant de la Marine":

47 mm modèle 1885.
Yours sincerely,
Guy François.

Here is another picture from ebay of the same gun with a shield or the same location posted by Janef:

And for reference, a 57 mm Hotchkiss (with a shield removed) in Argentina but with the chamfers on the side of the breach I mentioned earlier:

Hello,

In my opinion it's a beglian double 120mm turret, as the ones in Eben-Emael.

It is probably Belgian turret for Liège, Namur or Antwerp fortress, definitely not French. It has not many marks to identify it, Belgian and German turrets (export models) were of similar shape. It has a hand system for rotation. The barrels outside the armour are longer than modern Liege turrets (Eben Emael, Battice).
