Looks like a 3,7cm Flak 36 with the barrel fully retracted to me.

Tunis after the surrender?
The enemy had superiority in numbers, his tanks were more heavily armoured, they had larger calibre guns with nearly twice the effective range of ours, and their telescopes were superior. 5 RTR 19/11/41

In the posting above asking to identify an unknown gun by LRRPS (3 JAN 2016), this is a German 3,7cm PAK 1936 with the shield folded down and a Stielgrate 41 attached to the end of the barrel. These were like large rifle grenades that were fired from the PAK 36 in order to increase its armor penetrating ability. The link bellow is a PAK 36 and Stielgrate 41 in my collection:

Please help to ID this gun, looks like WWI or earlier. Note a small shield with a word OFFEN on a gun-carriage, what is this?

Thanks in advance!

Best regards,
Alexander

"Offen" is "open" in German, might refer to the handle beside.

The non-recoil howitzer in the photo posted by "veeteetee" is an Austro-Hungarian Skoda 15cm M1899/04. These were obsolete by the WW1 Era but were still in service.
