indeed, according to the photo caption this should be somewhere in Northern France, but I don't know if this kind of artillery was used up there. Maybe Southern France?

haven't got a good picture either, here's the gun at M.K.B. Schütte, picture which you probably know (e-bay.de) The device in front of the gun, right under the barrel, looks more or less the same.
