Hi

Here some photo's from Ebay.de from the Canon de 75 mm Mle.36 reüsed by
the German army , in November 1943 there were 311 guns in active service .

A other picture's of this gun from Ebay . The original French name was Canon de 7.5 cm C.A. Mle 32 and not 36 .

The gun on the first picture above has the wheels from (what I think is) the Belgian version, 75 mm ABS/FRC Mle 36. The Belgian designation could be the origin of the M.36(f) in the German "beute Nummer".

On the picture posted by Jos on November 2008, we can see the threads of one tire on the right. These threads are typical of what I think is the Belgian version, thus, a former 75 mm ABS/FRC Mle 36. The other wheel version (which I think is the French one) has a tire with totally different threads.

Interesting conclusion , a other thing that some 7.5 cm Flak M 36 (f) have
and other not have is a inversed L thing on the gun ( red circle ) ??

The “L” is attached to the barrel according to one of the pictures you’ve posted (so with my “Belgian” wheels). I think it also appears on the 2nd picture you posted on August 2007.

Here is another picture of a 7.5 cm Flak M.36(f) with the “L” but we don’t see the wheels. :cry:

Here the same guns used as extra flak protection for the E 664 and E 674 ,
both railwaybatteries had each 6 x 7.5 cm Flak M.36 (f) .

According to Alain this should be Ba 49 ( E 664 ) and the date is early 1944 .
