MAZA Bergen have some notes about this.
A S-Kanone C/34/M.P.Lafette C/34/Abkommkanone L/35. Could this be for the 28 cm SKC/34 at MKB Fjell ?
Another note make it quite simple. 3,7 cm Abkomm-Kanone eingepasst in 8,8 cm Schnellade-Kanone

Fjell had standard 8,8 cm Abk.K. Their condition in 1945 were so bad that the norwegian Naval Artillery Workshop made new ones in caliber 10,5 cm from 10 cm K.17/04 barrels taken from a local Army Coast Battery, reusing the old sabots from the 8,8 cm guns.
