I think it's a Soviet MG turret off a pre-war tank design, but I can't find the exact one that's slightly conical, has a round hatch and with the DT MG off to the side. Plenty of turrets matching two of those...

I just arrived at the same conclusion, it's either a BA-20 or possibly FAI armoured car turret.

Interesting sketch. It is a PzKpfw I turret. It could be the "fortress" version - flat front armour, large ventilation holes.

Yes Ondrej, it must be a F.Pz.DT 4803, because of the half-circle-shaped turret hatch, and because normal Pz.I turrets were not issued in Italy. The turret dimensions fit very well too.
The bunker looks a bit strange and is not 100 % identical with a Bauform 231. But very interesting that Ringstände of concrete were build in Italy for this type of turret. Probably in the Gothic Line?

Yes Lars, it is a Gothic Line. Polish engineers made also sketches of some field fortifications such as:
Pak 43 Stand
Unterstand
Beobachtungstand
Mörser 81mm Stand
All of them you can see here: http://forttravel.wrzuta.pl/katalog/2Dq6aMRc7Hs
