I think there are two different models....

Finnish "120 tkr-101-32-41-35" a.k.s. "Adolf" shell with "is 35-32/41" fuse. Please note the cigarette in the man´s mouth right above the increment charges!

That's a 15 cm Haubengranate 16 mit Hbgr.Z 17/23*, this is the early WW1 model.
The later model, 15 cm HBgr. 16 umg, had a wider thread, to fit more modern fuzes like the Dopp.Z S/60 s.
Next to it a 15 cm K16 case with the cap (Kartusch Haube) still on the case.
So this whole set was shot by the 15 cm K16.

WWI shell, probably, as I'm no expert with those ones.
And the pic is WWII.
Because the box under has the Reichswehr 3-tone camo
Because on the flat bed of the railway truck, there are three french oïl 2 liter can, one bearing Olazur
