Hi,

I think they are not 2cm GebFlak 38 AA guns for mountain troops.

2cm Flak 38 or 2cm Mg151/20 for ground use perhaps???
Nobody??

On the first photo you can see the "T" shaped thing on end of the gun just like the ones on the 2 cm in Erdkampflafette

These are 2cm GebFlak 38. The first picture is of a variant for use by mountain troops against ground targets. The second and third are of the airborne version. The reference for this is "Weapons of the Third Reich" by Gander and Chamberlain. all three pictures are in the book.

Hi Emmanuel

Nice picture , what strikes me that most photo's from the 2 cm gun on the wooden frame are with Luftwaffe troops .

Hi all,

Can anyone help me to identify correctly this AA gun? Maybe a 20mm Breda Mle 1935, but the shield is very strange.
Carriage without legs?? :?

Thanks in advance. Sturm78

Hi Radar,

Great photo!! :D
I think that the gun of your photo is a Solothurn 2cm AA gun, perhaps captured to Greek army.

Hi all,

I think I hasten on my initial assessment of your photo, Radar. It is possible that your photo shows a german 2cm Flak airborne version. It is very difficult for me to distinguish these weapons so similar. :?
I need other opinions.

Regards Sturm78.

Hi Jopaerya,

I think that the gun of Radar and mine is the same, probably a airborne version of 2cm Flak30 or 38.
Both have many similarities, including a rare sight, perhaps for AT role 8O .

I think that the gun of Emanuelle photo is a Solothurn 20mm ST-5.

difficult matter :? :?
