Very interesting view on the Ubertragungs 37 Anschlussdose at the base of the mount.

Can somebody identify the nationality of these soldiers with the 8.8cm Flak 37 gun ?

I'd say they are Soviets, although the one on the left looks like wearing officer's jacket, while his shoulder pads seem like a rank of sergeant for me. :/
