I agree with you both guns you named are not on this picture, or the gun should be retouched .
Looks to me Admiral Krancke ( Marinegruppenkommando West ) on the picture .

Any idea on this gun in the front with the name Vlissingen , it's a post war picture from BeeldbankWWII .

According to the Ebay photo caption this should be a picture from 1939 of a 15 cm gun .
