Hello, it's the "Castillitos" battery, armed with two 381 mm Vickers guns and placed in Cartagena (Murcia).

Is it possible to date this picture? I see 20mm AA guns, late 1920s?

I can not date the picture.
In the same time, nothing controversiall between 20mm AA and 10,5 cm UTOF, this two AA systems was in function
till the end of world war II.
About " late 1920s? " is your personal opinion.
Regards,
VladAlex.

The reason why I asked about the date of that picture with the Krupp 10,5cm naval Flak 1916 is the following (and btw I dont understand Vladalex's reaction, nor is he the only one I asked): It is a very rare weapon and I did not know it was in service until the end of WW2. It was also altered to take ammo of the SKC32 (see Campbell page 249) at a certain moment. For some reason I thought this pic is relatively old, or way before the WW2, but I may be corrected.
But it cannot be older than the late 1920s/1930ish because of the 20mm guns. Hence my point: late 1920s? An intriguing weapon (the 10,5cm one) that deserves a bit more attention.
What are those boats they were on? Campbell says they were on Moewe class T'boots, but all pictures of those show shields. So these vessels must be smaller craft, minesweepers or smaller. Any ideas?
