Re: Translate
Hi
I have seen "Z.B." as an abbreviation of "Zielbeobachtung".
However, that is in connection with air observation for the 38 cm battery "Hanstholm II", so I am not sure if it makes any sense here.

Re: Translate
this handles about a 2 cm Flak Batterie.
for sofar i know this should be Zug Befehl Stelle.
i could find back the bunkers for muni and personal, but not for the Z.B. stelle. i think a Zug Bfehl Stelle was not feldmassig.
so ith could be indeed a Beobachtung. porberly this was a feldmassige building.

Hi Ruud
You are right. It seems likely that "ZB" could mean "Zugbefehlsstelle" when it is part of a light Flak position, I just haven't seen that abbreviation for it before.
The strenght of the construction of such a Zugbefehlsstelle would of course depend on the date of construction. In the early years, before the "Atlantic Wall". I think 15 cm of concrete would habe been considered enough. Also, it takes time to construct a Regelbau, so it may also be sufficient for immediate use.
Best regards
Jens
