Ok, thanks!
Thought it looked roomier than what you'd need for an MG, but looking at the photo again the lafette is quite obvious!

Drawing is from Uwe , 48 is the Leitstand on your picture later added with
a W.R. radar on the roof and 27 is the command post of Grosser Kurfürst

Hi dirk,

The one at Stp Enzian you're talking about I can't seem to find on IGN-aerials 1957... but then again it seem the location of Stp Enzian was quickly rebuilt after the war as everything looks so 'fresh 'n' clean' overhere... so possibly it was already gone by the time the aerial was taken.

Or perhaps you are reffering to this possible 630 at the position 29 of 'Festung Dünkirchen'; Cäsar - Dora.... as it is so close to the Stp Enzian it could easily be mistaken.

But never the less, this bunker doesn't seem to fit the image posted by AvB... nore does another possible 630 in the position 29 which is viewable on the 1957 aerials due to it's positioning to the canal.

My first thought was Dunkirk, but this doesn't have to be the case ofcourse! Is Calais an option? I don't know of any other ports so flat. La Pallice?
