Italian Guns
Italian Guns
I think the AA guns are 102/35 and the anti ship one might be a 120 maybe 152?

Re: Italian Guns
The gun with the shield looks like a 152/45, similar to the gun on the sign at Punta Falcone:

Re: Italian Guns
Hi Sturm,
I'd say Cannone da 77/28 Modello 5/8 since the barrel step is further to the rear than in a M17 and the folding part of the shield appears to be the same width as the rest. Looks very similar to this 1916 relic: http://www.google.fi/imgres?imgurl=http ... m=1&itbs=1
The odd thing is that some guns labeled M5/8 e.g. have neither a step to the barrel nor a barrel band in the front attachment point of the recoil slide, c.f. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Artil ... istory.jpg and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Cannone77-28mod5.jpg In this respect they AFAIK are similar to the M5.
