Should be a 76/40 Italian A.A. battery around Rom , picture is from Ebay .

It seems to be a Cannone da 120/40. Variant of British 4.7 QF

I have in my data 2x152/45 and 3x120/40 in Gaeta.

For me the clue was the rear of the gun. In your pic a small part of it is shown at the right.
